From the front office staff to the movers, two men and a truck did an all around amazing job!

My recent contact with 2 men. Was very positive, Mark and Mike were helpful/made us comfortable moving our 1 bedroom apt
To an assistant living community. We had a big challenge with unloading of the truck, because of " constrution"...Mark and Mike came up with solution on how to get past that road block. All the while continuing to stay upbeat regarding our challenge. Both Men were stayed on track , although it would take more time to unload and get our belongings inside..
They stay professional...that meant a lot to us
Nothing was broken or scratched .
I would definitely used your company again and will gladly refer your service to friends and family..
My ONLY complaint was the person that scheduled my move, for SUNDAY 8/5 was NOT aware there was no moving on Sunday , He should have known

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, THEY SENT (3) WORKERS AND THAT WAS GREAT. THE MEN WORKED HARD AND DILIGENTLY, THEY WERE VERY CAREFULL WITH MY BELONGINGS, VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DETROIT COMPANY TO ANYONE. I WAS NOT AS SATISFIED WITH THE SUBURBIA COMPANY THAT I USED BEFORE WITH THE SAME NAME.

The team was great!!! Had a bump with the freight elevator and the job wound up costing me more than anticipated but they moved more than I stated initially so I have no complaints with the cost. There were only two issues. A broken lamp base that the manager David stated that he would replace as well as a lamp base that he broke. I am waiting to hear from him, and the guys lost the screws that hold the mirror to my dresser together. One of them stated that he would return to put the mirror onto the dresser, I did not receive a call therefore I called the office on 8-6 was told I would be called back within a few moments, never received a callback. Placed a 2nd call today and was told that a supervisor would be out tomorrow to install the mirror onto the dresser.

Every one was kind and respectful, men were clean and careful about what they handled.

Jessie and Floyd were my moversion and they were very accommodating and worked their tales off. Great workers and work!!

The overall experience was good but the movers the day of made it great. They were friendly, fast, and took great care with our belongings. I will always use Two Men and a Truck for my moving needs.

I have never been this satisfied with a service before. Consistent from web site through moving day. Now won't use anyone else.
