The 4 guys that did the move were great - they were upbeat and friendly. they took the move seriously but had enough fun together that the stress of moving was decreased. They were courteous and made sure I was comfortable with the progress of the move and where all the pieces were going.
The scheduler walked me through move options that would be more affordable based on the day of the move vs convenience of weekend move - in a friendly & helpful manner. There was a call the AM of move and follow up call after the move.

These guys worked very hard all day - there were many heavy items that went into the basement which had to be accessed down a hill and through the walk out or down stairs. They even moved a piece of furniture as I decided I didn't like where it was originally put at my direction. Very nice, polite and extremely hard workers. The lead was a genius getting everything to fit like a puzzle into the truck.

i have used two men truck 4 times before and everytime finished before scheduled hours -
this move was 5 hours longer then it should have been - sent out team of 2 when it clearly was 3 person job -
when they were disassembling furniture, wasted time - if there were 3 guys - 1 disassembling and 2 still moving -
frustrating here - and was only given credit of 1 hour from manager -
