OUR movers were fantastic. They were like robots unbelieveable how they work together! Very friendly words cant even explain our pleasure having them move our property. If we ever move again WE will request them to do our move!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience

The 2 men that were are movers "Smith and Cruse" were excellent. They were on time. They explained everything thoroughly, answered any questions we had. Both of them were very polite and courteous. They went beyond our expectations!

Totally dissatisfied with “management response to my request for consideration” of the issues - zero help in getting my desk upstairs which they couldn’t do due to the 12 hour limit, etc. - just send another crew out and charge me $120/hr. I will never use you guys again, and I’ll tell my friends to use somebody else, not you guys. I paid you guys some $1700 - the issues were not my fault. Have you ever heard of Customer Satisfaction?

Overall, it was positive experience. However 2 items were broken during the move. Small firepit and our master headboard. Firepit was credited to our invoice. Master headboard was taken away to replace the piece that was broken. Unfortunately we're stuck with a mattress on the floor until we get that back. Still waiting to hear back from manager on timelines and process, but movers stated that we would hear back within a week, which is today. If the headboard is handled correctly, I will still be happy to refer business to 2 men and truck, as I did like my movers, and I felt like they were careful with my stuff (not sure how headboard was broken). TBD...

Was very happy with the two guys Chris and Nate.. they did a wonderful job and were very helpful.. took great care of my stuff and didn’t take them that long either! I have always used two men and a truck to move my offices all across the US.. this is the first time I’ve used them for my home.. I will reccomend them to everyone

The service exceeded my expectation. All five men were excellent. They were always positive, helpful, courteous. They made sure everything was wrapped well. They took apart furniture and made sure everything was put back together correctly. They never complained and I had a ton of stuff. I would highly recommend and if I needed services I would hire again and request the same gentlemen. It’s hard to find good help these days and these men worked hard, didn’t slack off and had great attitudes. I would hire them in a heartbeat to work for my own business. They really are the core of this company and made it a great move. It was a long day approximately 12 hours and we were all smiling at the end, that says a lot.

The two men that did our move. ( Huron and Mullins) were great. They were fast, but very careful with all of our items. They were extremely curtious and explained things very well. I would strongly recommend two men and a truck for your next move.

No hidden fees, straight up fee/cost is attractive. The men (Yost and Vargas) made me feel at ease from the beginning. Excellent care when moving my items and especially impressed because it had to me move to a third story condo. Movers were polite as well as informative. Worked diligently to get the job done in a very timely fashion. I would recommend and definitely hire this company again. Excellent service~!
