My only complain is that when they were delayed at another job and didn't make the time window, that no one at the Office informed us. They were not able to get there until 1hr and 15min past the window. I tried to call the Office at 30min after the window and had to leave a message. Finally got a call back when they were 30min out.
Again, not the fault of the moving team. I completely understand that delays happen, however communication is the key. If the Office had called and said they were going to be late, it makes it less annoying.
