I was very happy with the delivery crew, they had a positive attitude and worked hard. One issue came up; the weigh station they were supposed to go to was closed despite being a 24 hour station. This resulted in a 2 hour delay. They had to drive all the way up to Grand Blanc. Is there a better way? Our move would had been done at 9:00 pm in stead of 11 pm.

Our movers last names are Valkner and Vargas. They were both friendly, professional, helpful and took caution with my mom's furniture while moving her to a Senior Living facility. My mom can be a difficult person to please but even she commented on how nice they both were and what a great job they did! They gave us a senior discount on her move and the job came in under the bid so that was a really nice surprise!

The crew was great. They worked hard, were very pleasant, and did not waste a movement. Why my rating looks so strange is that they lost control of my gun safe while going down my hardwood staircase. It destroyed the treads on the staircase. We are in the process of figuring out how this will be resolved. One other note; I received a follow up call from the local office. The person asked how my move went. I described this incident, and I don't think she even listened. At the end of my description, she replied "fantastic". She may want to listen to the answers of the questions she is asking. Again, the crew was great, except for the one mistake. If this is resolved to our liking, I will definitely refer Two Men and a Truck.
