Meghann Roberts was very helpful setting up our move and confirming with us. Movers Daniel Mendoza and Zayn Shango were on time (a little early actually!) and did an excellent job moving the items with care. Both were sensitive to my aging parents needs and requests. I was impressed - these are two quality young men who took the time to do the job right! Daniel has the makings of a Manager in my opinion. He gave excellent direction to Zayn and conducted himself like a professional throughout the move. Both they and your company exceeded my expectations.

We paid a lot of money for packers who did not do much. They told us that we did not need picture boxes for our oil paintings. The movers were upset. I felt sorry for the 3 guys who moved us out and only 2 men who moved us in the new place. Thank God for 7 members of my family who had to help and put things together at our final destination. We would still be moving in if they did not help! Instead of sending me these surveys which I am getting tired of filling out I need a manager to call me concerning the damage that was done!!!!!!!!!

Your movers (Valkner, Arbaugh, and J.Williams) were awesome. They took good care of my possessions - did not balk at all the stairs involved - and made good suggestions about organizing the material as they unloaded. Great team!
