I was called on a Friday and was told to expect a call the following Tuesday between 8:00am and 9:00am for when the movers would be on their way. I didn't receive a call so at 10:00am I called and was told my move was starting on Thursday. I told them that no, it was scheduled for Tuesday and they told me their manager would call in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and then called back. They said my move would be that day but they didn't have a time yet but that they would let me know in the next hour. I called back an hour later after not hearing anything. They said they'd come between 12:30pm and 1:00pm. They showed up a little after 1:30pm. Once they actually showed up the move went really smooth both loading and unloading.

This was my first move in 30 years, inter-state and over 500 miles. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone involved was friendly, patient and ever so helpful! Nothing was damaged, scratched or misplaced. The move was carried out exactly as promised. Austin and Cornelius were as careful as if it were their personal property. Caleb and Kendrick were awesome! Just coming off a divorce and relocating had me a little on edge, but these guys were great! They were professional, helpful, great attitude and went above and beyond by dealing with horrible heat and a cross-state move. I was so impressed I told my parents to call and request these two when they move this spring! Thanks to all of you for a smooth transition!

You promised to give us (4) wardrobe boxes and never did. The movers were very very slow getting the truck loaded and wasted at least 50% of the time that it took. They dropped all our wardrobe boxes and broke the hanger bar so everything was in a pile at he bottom and like we threw them in a plastic bag!!! I could moved this myself with one friend for almost nothing and $850.00 I spent on this service was an outrange. I'll make sure no one at my office ever uses you and I will not be calling when we move the next time.

The "two men" were the absolute best. They took pride in their work and made me wish all the experiences I had with this move could have been handled by people like them. Whatever they are being paid they are worth it and likely more.
