I had a great experience with Vergas and McClellan! They were very professional, very personable, very willing to do what the customer wants, very excited about their job and took special care of my antique furniture! They even offered suggestions on furniture placement when I wasn't sure of where I wanted the furniture to go and their suggestions worked! These two guys were what I call exceptional! Keep these guys on your crew because they were great and worked very well together, in addition they would be good candidates for a raise! I did send a survey response in the middle of December but wasn't sure if you received it since I received a couple of requests to do a survey after I had already done one, so this one is a late response to make sure you do receive one.

When it comes down to it the Man you send to my house is the key the two guys were great and up for the job

The two men helped us move several heavy items up and down stairs. They were very efficient and pleasant while moving these things for us. Great job!!

Appointment process was professional, arrived on time, workers were pleasant and easy to work with. Made the move of our furniture to other rooms very easily, and the move of a table to another location. Getting the table down the stairs was difficult, thought it would not be possible, but they did not give up and completed the task.

Great experience with the team. I was struggling with a big couch to complete my move and 2Men&1Truck guided me through the assessment stage until the execution one. The staff oriented me in terms of the required information to make the move happen. I was always aware of the risks and the potential issues we were facing. At the end, the movers were able to hoist the couch from the floor level to a 3rd floor to make it happen. They were clean and careful with the process. Definitely a great option for moving; easy and difficult ones.

The 2 men were very personalable. Did it rush and made sure everything was done right. When unloading they made sure everything was placed where we wanted it they were very nice my 1st time with a moving company. I was very pleased totally. From the office, the appraiser and the movers.

My movers were great. But,you shouldn’t charge the customer while the movers are eating lunch. Not good. I would prefer to buy them pizza.

The guys were awesome! Fast, polite and professional.
