I may call to explain more thoroughly the bad experience we had. The moving crew is not entirely at fault, I am also in a business in which sometimes things donandacirc;??t go as planned. apparently your trucks are kept in a dirt lot and therefore the men showed up with dirty shoes and walked into my house and carpet. I apologize for losing it but this is unacceptable shoe covers or change of shoes or carpet protection needed to be considered before not after. I believe good training pays off. In the end you took care of the problem, but could this not have been avoided? Of course with proper training. Also we have found damage to our wood furniture and there was some damage at the old home which we saw upon returning to clean. Overall not a good experience.

Mr. Danish, Mr. Salisbury, and Mr. Milton were on time, professional, and went over and beyond our expectations. All three men worked very hard as if it were a team of 5 or 6. We really appreciate you guys assisting us with our move and will most definitely be returning for future services.

The guys were on time and ready to go when they arrived, they explained everything that was going to happen before they started. After everything was loaded we did a quick check and made sure everything was good to go. They unloaded and placed everything carefully and put back together any furniture they disassembled. Overall I had a great experience and would use the service again!

We have used Two Men and a Truck on several previous occasions. Each and every time they have been professional, careful and personable. Whether it was a complete pack and move or calling them in to move heavy furniture around they did the job and did it well. We even had a claim at one point and it was resolved without hassle. I love this company and they are the only movers we use.

My move was from Rochester Michigan to Traverse City Michigan on February 19th. The truck used had road tires with no lateral tress. I pointed out to the office personnel that those tires were inappropriate for driving anywhere in Michigan in February, especially considering that there was an 8andamp;acirc; snow fall in the Detroit area that weekend. Being told that the delivery would be the same day, I had my driveway plowed and sanded. The move took longer, in part because the roads were so bad. The next day when they arrived in Traverse City there was a fresh snowfall of 1 1/2andamp;acirc;. The truck couldnandamp;acirc;t make it up a grade of less than 2 feet over 100 feet.
The rest of the drive is more challenging.
