From start to finish my experience was excellent. The office staff was very informative and called when they said they would. The movers were extremely polite and understanding with the move. They went far beyond my expectations.

With a little miscommunication at the beginning in regards to the date, the office staff worked hard to correct it and were able to get my move on track. The 2 men that came out were extremely efficient and made quick work of loading and unloading. They were friendly and courteous. I would use them again in any future move I may have.

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. I really appreciated the notifications from the office when the truck left their office, and the crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They quickly did a quick inspection and started to work right away. They were very careful an all the items moved and they finished very quick. All the staff at Two men and a truck are very friendly and they really provide Excellent Service!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

No call back for Damaged Report submitted. No call back after disputed time of move. Movers late, took hour lunch from 12:58p till 2pm. No call back.

We had an emergency last minute surprise move. They were helpful and reduced the stress we were under. Moving was done with care.

This was the first time I've ever used professional movers. Austin and Carson did an amazing job moving everything and navigating some pretty tight areas. There was no damage to any of my furniture or home during the move and the price was excellent for the service we received. I plan on using Two Men and a Truck when I move again and have been recommending them to all of my friends who are moving. I was on the fence about hiring movers but I am so glad I did. Excellent job!

Our home has damage. A dresser was damaged. Our fouton and bed frame were disassembled and parts were lost for both. We were quoted 7 1/2-9 1/2 hours and the move took 11 1/2 including a 2 hour break for the movers. We used same company 3 years ago with good service. Recommendations for other companies and 1 for this included people saying “the movers were fast, ran up and down my stairs.” Our movers were slower than expecte, seemed to take their time as pointed out by our new neighbor when moving in. One of the moves was feeling ill early in the day, we understand this happens but we were it and still have not been contacted by the company to make this right. Awaiting contact and arrangements for repairs/replacements.

I was so happy with Jordan and Sebastian. We had a long move from Rochester to Harbor Springs. The guys were very flexible, dependable, and nice. I feel that these two movers represented the company so well. They were very professional! I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to others.
