A little billing time discrepancy. Was told they would call before sending guys out. I guess he called about 10 minutes after as I was billed for extra 15 minutes. No blankets used with Dolly on piano. Little more care could have been used. Arrived undamaged.

I am happy to pay for these services, the guys have a positive attitude and work very very hard. I hope they are compensated well by the company since this is such hard work and I always worry about them when they are carrying such heavy stuff!!
