The two young men who moved my daughter's things were amazing. They were professional, polite, and hard working. Even though the next customer was calling and upset that they were behind, they still took GREAT care of our things and did not skimp on our service.

Dustin handled the arrangements and quote and provided a great customer/client experience. Joe and James were the movers and were able to move some very large furniture with efficiency and care. They did an excellent job of protecting the door facings and flooring and completed the job proficiently. They worked well together and are a true asset to the company.

Two issues:
1. My initial deposit was recorded as $10 instead of $100 -- was fixed but still concerning.
2. I told the drivers all items had to be delivered per a legal agreement and they ended up personally keeping 2 items that my husband said he didn't want. Legally, I was responsible for making sure they were delivered and now I am afraid my husband will say that he didn't receive them.
