My only disappointment is no call back about damaged property once I notified the office. I expect repair will be made, but at this time there has been no resolution about my complaint.

The guys, Matt and Tyrone, were friendly, professional, and courteous. Beth and the other office staff was attentive and helpful. I only have one comment on improving the service. The only negative feeling I had during the whole experience was about the carpet guard and finding out we had to pay extra to not have our newly cleaned carpets get dirty. Two men and a truck sells on it’s reputation and customer service. I did not price out with other companies at all. Given that, I think you would be better served to just include whatever method you use to not get carpets dirty in the hourly estimate so the clients don’t have to make that choice on the spot. I wouldn’t have even noticed if I paid $135 an hour if it included the carpet guard as a given. Just a thought. Thank you all.

Tyrone and Austin were very professional and kind. Most of all they were extremely careful with my very valued possessions. If and when I need your services again I would want both of them again. I would recommend your services to everyone who needs help with moving. They were on time and wasted no time at all.
