Called Thursday, the two guys showed up on time Saturday morning. Efficient, knew what they were doing, quite careful of the items being moved and our home. The only andquot;problemandquot; was that they need a smaller truck for smaller moves like this. Would be easier to load andamp; unload, easier to maneuver in tight spaces.

I needed reliable movers I could count on to be there and be professional.

The guys that moved my stuff were good about protecting all the furniture. We had one couch that was a real pain in the butt, but they managed to get it in and out and into our new place after much frustration. I do believe that the job could have been done a bit more quickly, but that's my opinion based on the fact that I had everything basically near the doors and ready to go. My only real complaint was the application of the rock salt. Way too much being tracked into the house. I had protected my carpets and they guys rolled out a andquot;tarpandquot; for the wood floors (some of the floor). May I suggest more floor runners to help contain this salt? Thank you for your service!

Ed andamp; Devonte were prompt, courteous and efficient. They introduced themselves, presented their card andamp; always clarified what I wanted in terms of the move. The entire process was professionally done. I highly recommend this company! The office staff were extremely helpful since I was still tentative with my moving date, appreciated all the people I spoke with especially Beth.

The made a very stressful situation, less stressful. I felt overwhelmed and under ready the day of the move, and they assured me that it looked like we were in good shape to them. There was room for them to move and they were happy about it. They made me feel comfortable from the very beginning.

Nick, Jordan, and Devonte were the men who did the moving job for me. These three gentlemen were great! They were polite, professional, and impressively fast, careful and efficient in moving everything. It was a bit troubling that due to employees calling in sick the movers showed up a couple hours late.

The loading from the condo we left was done actually good. The unloading didn't go as well as they were rough on our furniture. The attitude was that they couldn't get done fast enough. Also, must of been a poor estimate on how much weight we had. They said we had a lot more weigh weight on the trucks than the estimate. How would I know for sure unless you showed me the numbers. We took off washer and dryer, and 5 piece sectional from original. Cost us an extra $1000. I think this was excessive. We gave each of them all a $25 tip. Some damage to wood furniture. Sorry but these movers were not as good as in the past. I was a principal in Essexville for 20 plus years I will not be passing on favorable comments unless we get back half of the overcharge, which would be around $500.
