I am thoroughly disgusted. Price was way too high for what was taken just to name one thing. I had to give things away that they wouldn't take. I had to do much of it myself and we had to make another trip back. things at the destination were just dropped in one room even though the totes and boxes were labeled which room to be put in. My inversion table wasn't put in the proper place either. Just know your services will never be used by us again. We would like the price adjusted as it was ridiculous what was charged considering what was done. Better results were gotten by family members and friends. Social media will hear of this also. Excellent job, well done. Movers were fun to work with, and had a great attitude. Even though there were some errors on my part, they handled them without skipping a beat!

My movers were fantastic. They came late because of a previous client move but they kept me well informed and updated on their status. The office staff gave multiple quotes which ranged from $180 to $800 over the course of a month. I believe a lot of the confusion came from the online quote.

The young men who came into our home were very professional and so friendly and helpful. They were careful with our possessions and treated everything with care. They were on time and were very efficient. Cannot say enough nice about them and wish them well!

I keep them very busy, moving stuff up and down stairs, and their wasn’t any complaining at all. I wanted a bunch of furniture moved and about 700 books. Took about 4 hours and they looked just as fresh as when they started. My job started around 2:30 so they had already been working other jobs.

The movers were great, however you need to train them better at spotting "mold". I work in the healthcare industry and have training in infectious disease and hazardous material, that was not "mold". The movers decided not to move some items with out giving the opportunity to go get some Clorox wipes to wipe off the items and as it took 4hrs to pack there was ample time to do that. I hired you to move all of my items not just what you felt like doing that day. The local office also does not have any customer satisfaction skills as I have yet to hear from anyone, but I guess that's par for the course as I have already paid in full. Next time I'll just hold payment until a resolution can be made. I'll be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

This was a stressful move for me as it was not my personal move but my daughter's. Steve and Kane were so personable and made it easy to explain what I needed and they went above and beyond in their courtesy and helpfulness. It turned my stressful situation in one of relaxation with the results. Thank you to all the team assisting me with this move.

The two guys came in introduced themselves and went right to work. I was impressed how swiftly they worked and how carefully. I hope to never move again but if I do have to I would definitely choose two men and a truck especially if I could have these two young men.
