office personnel were great and communication was good it was just the moving team themselves. there were two men on the team that were great but the driver of the truck didn't hardly do anything except drive and then they wanted to charge me for additional time. if all three men were working the job would have been done much quicker and I wouldn't have paid double the amount quoted originally.

We sold our home and had Two Men And A Truck move our items to a storage facility. Rented a 10 X 30 unit and had doubts all the furniture would fit. Was fortunate to have Chris George, aka "The Packer", as one of the crew. He did a great job. Once my wife and I found another home we called Two Men And A Truck to make the second move. Lucked out and got Chris again.

While the services were prompt, the two men were great, I do not think I would use your company for a small job like mine. The 2 hour minimum charge makes the cost somewhat prohibitive for moving a small amount of furniture within the home. It took about 5 minutes to move our cabinet from downstairs to the upstairs room. On the other hand, I would use your service for a larger moving job.

Thanks so much for the feedback, Robert! We recently adjusted our estimating process to include all of the drive time in that two hour minimum that you mentioned for cases just like this, in hopes of having less 'wasted time' on smaller jobs. Unfortunately, if you're super conveniently close to our office, it doesn't help quite as much.
