We got three men instead of two, because two were in training. You would think that this meant that they would move faster. I had several of my own people helping out as well. They sat around and talked for the whole first two hours. In between they were smoking and using their phones, when they could have been working. They dropped most of our packages and did not care, and broke a lot. When a supervisor showed up, they completely stopped what they were loading and talked for 20 minutes, instead of actually working, or being encouraged to work. When we went over time everyone stopped what they were doing to fill out paperwork, instead of having one person talk to me, which prolonged the time. This was third time we used Two Men and a Truck and everytime them team did exactly what we wanted in a professional and timely fashion.

AWFUL. Professionalism was poor, broke light, broke knob on dryer and do not tell us, scratched hardwood floors!!!

Movers were great, fast and efficient, no problems at all.

Ethan andamp; Jake arrived ahead of schedule which worked out very well for us. Both Ethan andamp; Jake were courteous, friendly and very efficient.

The moving team of Jeramy, Alvin and bun (last name) were excellent. They took great care of my furniture that had to be hoisted over the second floor deck due to narrow stairs ways. Also allowing me to purchase two moving blankets for a piece of furniture that was just going to be stored in a garage.

Jeff, Kevin, and Angel were wonderful! They were a professional and courteous group. They were pleasant and energetic and lovely to work with. My experience with them was remarkable!

The reason for [3] andquot;Goodandquot; on the Staff questions is due to practicality:
They can only explain services as good as the paperwork it comes from with small type and legalese terms.
They have to wrap, in order to protect which creates some andquot;acceptable damageandquot; to 40+-year-old luan backing on furniture.
They don't really have andquot;uniformsandquot; which is part of their attraction -- and um, they're movers, how andquot;cleanandquot; can one be?

Our mover's overall demeanor and attention to detail were by all accounts -- Excellent! I would highly recommend andquot;Two Men and a Truckandquot; to anyone for a fair-priced move.

Matt and Josh did my move. Everything went very smoothly because of the way they handle things from start to finish. They are very accommodating , acted very professional, great experience overall.

We had a horrible nor'easter and the Moving Team was cheerful, cooperative, careful about my cat, about me. My furniture was all padded and wrapped and nothing got wet. Moving was swift and amazingly well done from second floor to first floor. Jimel and Brett and the others were empathetic. I was so nervous after 25 years in my apartment and being alone. They were very courteous. I wish I had more money to give them and I told them that. Amazing is an overused word, but not for this Team. I am sure other movers could do a job but Two Men and a Truck did a lot more than that and I felt very secure and satisfied with the move despite the pounding rain and high wind. I am so glad I called Ms. Sanchez the first time and I appreciated the documentation , etc. sent on line. Thank you !
