I provided feedback to the office as well. Overall my experience was excellent from the initial phone call to the team who moved us. Everyone was polite, professional and personable from the initial inquiry to the movers and the final follow up call. The movers were very careful with our belongings. My only feedback would be to explain thoroughly to the customer when the estimated price will be changing (ie: cost for the distance to walk to the truck or additional boxes). The movers offered to take other boxes for us, but didn't share that it would add to my cost. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience and I would use your services again and refer your company. Thank you.

The guys did an awesome job. They did such a great job I texted the office right after they left. Professional, very polite and courteous. So glad I used two men and a truck. And we had to push the date out several times and each time Alison just said 'no problem.' I so appreciate it. Moving is nerve-wracking, but they made it a low-stress event. Perfect.

Breaking our bed, putting a hole in my wall while also taking/chipping an entire corner off my dresser. Scratched floors and BLACK all over a brand new grey couch. I'm beyond unsatisfied and I'm currently waiting for a call back or a way to contact the corporation itself before I upload my review with photos of all the damage done. I can't believe the quality of the work done by the 2 movers, it was shameful and embarrassing for your company. A brand new home and they put holes in walls and scratches on floor that's just what they did to the house. I can't believe they broke things and never ever mentioned them and shoved a paper in our face and said if you sign now I'll save you a half hour and save you lots of money. What a joke!

Two men and a truck saved the day. The movers were quick and careful, with my last minute move. One of my pieces of furniture was not going to fit out the door, and they helped me dismantle and remove it from my home. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased on how the 3 workers, Jeff, Liam and Will, worked so smoothly, very personable and very polite. I would refer 2 Men and a Truck, 3 Men if needed like I did, to anyone who is planning on moving. I would use this company again for sure.
