The move was one time and the 2 movers introduced them selves.
I had prepared for them to make the move fast and trouble free. I had mentioned special care to our conference table but elected to move it out of the office into a truck with out any protection. When I mentioned that I taught it was careless Noa apologize and assured me that there was no problem. The table was delivered last from the truck.
Putting our office together the next day we noticed one of the corners of our expensive conference table damaged.
I called the office immediately and sent pictures of the damages.
The cost was at the max of the estimated invoice of $646,00 which was a higher then expected but acceptable. Please fix my Table ASAP

Two Men and a Truck were able to meet our moving date needs, including re-scheduling, on our part, the delivery at the last minute because of a bad winter storm. Communication was excellent from both the office team and the movers. Team was on time both days. Love that we had the entire truck to ourselves with no chance of our stuff getting mixed up with someone else's. All the other services I had called said "7-14 business days to deliver". Two Men and a Truck delivered from NH to VA next day!!

We got three men instead of two, because two were in training. You would think that this meant that they would move faster. I had several of my own people helping out as well. They sat around and talked for the whole first two hours. In between they were smoking and using their phones, when they could have been working. They dropped most of our packages and did not care, and broke a lot. When a supervisor showed up, they completely stopped what they were loading and talked for 20 minutes, instead of actually working, or being encouraged to work. When we went over time everyone stopped what they were doing to fill out paperwork, instead of having one person talk to me, which prolonged the time. This was third time we used Two Men and a Truck and everytime them team did exactly what we wanted in a professional and timely fashion.

AWFUL. Professionalism was poor, broke light, broke knob on dryer and do not tell us, scratched hardwood floors!!!

Movers were great, fast and efficient, no problems at all.

Ethan andamp; Jake arrived ahead of schedule which worked out very well for us. Both Ethan andamp; Jake were courteous, friendly and very efficient.

The moving team of Jeramy, Alvin and bun (last name) were excellent. They took great care of my furniture that had to be hoisted over the second floor deck due to narrow stairs ways. Also allowing me to purchase two moving blankets for a piece of furniture that was just going to be stored in a garage.
