I was not sent a quote after move was scheduled. I needed to call to get the quote. And the mover told me that I was misquoted for the total price which left me feeling confused because I still do not know what the correct quote was for the move. The movers were great, and worked hard.

We just moved from one apt in a building to another one, so it was a small move. The 2 movers were very courteous and efficient. I have used 2 men and a truck before and had a good experience then also.

So the office was good. The movers were ready 2 1/2 earlier than the earliest window I was given. (this was after a call back after my payment was processed to say it would be an hour later than originally told to me. 2-4pm not 1-3pm) The main guy was very helpful and professional, not particularly strong though. The helper (Christian) was not helpful, nor seemed to care or listen. These are all things I've moved more than once in my life. The only reason I hired your company was bc my back was hurt. I ended having to help and work more than either one of them. And I even had a forklift at the place we moved it to. All in all I worked as much as your lead guy, more than his help, strained my back (again) had to delay my departure from Nola to go the chiropractor. Not worth the money. :/

I just needed two men. Need to move boxes from the 3rd floor to the first floor.

The moving team was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I really appreciate their help and efficiency. 5 stars!!

Both locations were up three flights of stairs and the crew never complained or slowed down. Great workers!

Office made the decision easy by explaining in detail. I owned a service business at one time and could only hope my drivers were as good in attitude and work ethic as the two men that moved me.

When I booked my move date I was told and the confirmation email I was sent was scheduled for 9am. The movers didn't arrive until 9:45am. No one was in the office to answer my call about the tardiness and I didn't receive any notification about the difference in the arrival time. When the movers did arrive the driver (older guy)was rude and argumentative when asked about the tardiness. I wasn't pleased with the communication but overall everything was good with the move.

the movers were great!! they worked so hard and made my move so easy. worth every single penny!
