They exceeded my expectations. The estimate process was easy and convenient, the follow up before and after the move was excellent. everyone was nice. the office team was very good, the 2 guys that moved me started out good. they started rapping items and padding them but then got faster and faster so they stopped padding things. they act like they were in a hurry to go somewhere else. they broke my fridge handles and scratched the door badly in a rush it get it in the front door of my new house. ?sp? Cullin handled it well.

I believe the cost was too high because they didn’t use to truck to haul all my furniture and belongings in one or two loads. The guys chose to walk it all over. I believe if they had used the truck they could have saved an hour or two in time. The guys were respectful and helpful.

Loved the whole experience from talking about the move, scheduling , and the move. The guys Dylan, Greg, and James were terrific, polite, and kind. Still amazed how they fit everything in the truck and storage unit.
