Was extremely pleased with their service. The cost is a little high, but that's just because I'm pressed for money. Really and truly for the work they did in such a short notice, I cannot complain! I would highly recommend!!!

Jesse & Mr Spence were very courteous & friendly. Seemed to be careful w/my office furniture and was not upset that it took more time than we thought. They were great!

Had home visit prior to move to ensure better pricing and size of truck. Upon arrival, 1 employee sick and stopped time to rest and call co to send out someone else in his place. Entire contents didn’t fit in truck. Nothing from kitchen packed. Very disappointed but once all moved, received call from company saying they heard all items not moved and offered to send out another truck and employees at no cost to complete the move. Disappointment turned into gratitude!! Thanks a lot!

The price is a little steep but the service is excellent. I most appreciate the time the office manager took on the phone while we tried to figure out which direction we needed to start at because we had more than one location involved. And I really appreciate movers who are animal friendly. They asked permission to touch the animals first and were very gentle and understanding in their interaction with them. As we own and operate a non-profit animal sanctuary, of course, that is highly important. Just wish they offered prices (at least for a non-profit) that was a little more manageable as we've used your services multiple now and will surely do so again. :)

I saw the office and trucks on Johnston st as I drove by and it was easier that getting friends together at the same time to help move my things. I used 2 men & a truck last year and was super impressed. I just used them last week and will use them again in 2 weeks. My neighbor used them after he saw the truck last year and I recommended this company to many friends. It's the only way to go. I hope these guys make good money because they deserve it. They work really hard and furniture is heavy. They did a great job loading my storage unit. I'm very pleased with them and the company as a whole. Please always be around and never shut down this company.... I love the services.

The move involved 4 locations, some disassembly and reassembly. The office staff estimated five hours, completed 7 minutes before the estimated time.

The first evening there was one of the four movers that was on his phone a lot. Dakota, was informed and took care of it. The mover guys worked very hard and were very courteous and respectful. I have placed a call to the office about something I haven’t located and I have not heard back from the office.

Chose the Guilbeau Rd site for its location. Also helpful was the ability to complete the registration at a location in Houston before I moved to Lafayette.

The movers showed up and were unaware that they would be packing our home. We used the movong company specifically for this reason. The movers then recommended that my wife and I start packing right away. After some time where we may have simply moved ourselves I called the company to ask why I was paying to be packed and unpacked if I was going to have to do the work. The office staff was great and called out a third person to assist with packing. That was wonderful (even though I paid for it.) The movers then told us they would be unable to move all of our stuff. The move is 3 hours away. Once at the new house they did not unpack the majority of boxes. Much of my furniture had taken damage in the move and my clothes were simply thrown in a box. I had to remove and refold every item I own
