Coffee Table damaged. Email Brent send pictures. He emailed me back said claims office would get in touch with me. The have never responded. That was disappointing!

First, the 2 guys were cordial, friendly, professional. They were quick & efficient. Overall we were pleased. However, in moving the refrigerator, the floor was scratched up noticeably. Also, there is a significant scratch on the side of the refrigerator, however it IS a large fridge & it did present a challenge. One last thing; an entertainment center was moved & the pegs which hold the shelving are no where to be found. We will have to buy new ones. Our ONLY concern is if the buyers of our house back out due to the scratched kitchen floor. Our realtor says it's not a big deal. We will see. I bought the guys lunch & tipped them each $40. They earned it.

The move was made much easier with your service, efficiency, and attitude. Definitely worth the price.
