The guys were very late to their appointment. Appointment was at 11, didn’t show up until 3. Received a call from dispatch at 2 that the movers were on their way from Youngsville which is a 15 minute drive to my house. They did not show up until 3. Dispatch did send a third guy free of charge due to the lateness, thank God they did! He was the only on working. The other two guys were caught many times talking, sitting down and standing in the truck. Took them 4 hours to move me out of the house, yet only an hour and a half to unload because I got onto them about it. one guy doing all of the work while the other two were doing the bare minimum. When they arrived at my home to move me, our realtor was there showing the house. The first two guys caught an attitude with her about being late.

From start to finish the services provided by your company were excellent. I am incredibly grateful.

They were very friendly,fast ,worked great, listened great to instruction for where to put the furniture and very courtesy.

Dakota was my office rep and stayed in contact with me throughout & after the entire process. He is polite, courteous, clear & friendly. I felt that I was in good hands & that I would not be charged any sneaky fees. He was very straight-forward & forth-coming with information. The moving team, Bradley & John were great. They called before showing up, handled my things better than I do & protected my previous landlord's house as well as my furniture. They were both fast, efficient, and communicative in the process. I am very grateful that the entire team took the time to make me feel safe & informed while they literally did the heavy lifting. This company has major assets in the form of these three workers.
