scratched a 65" vizio tv, workers denied scratching it with the dolly; then lafayette louisiana store said they were not going to reimburse me; they accused me of doing the damage myself; and now today they are offering to give me half of the value of the tv; and to add insult to injury the workers had an inappropriate conversation with my daughter. so yes, i will never recommend your moving service

The two workers, Cal and Nick, did an absolutely amazing job! They moved fast, did not stop even for water breaks, and took very good care of my special pieces of furniture. Someone from the office came check on the progress in person, and I received a call later asking how the move was going. If I ever move again (hoping never!) I will definitely use your company.

Our move team (4 men) was excellent and worked well together! They were professional, polite and patient when we changed our mind as to the placement of furniture! They worked hard and were careful with walls and furniture as if it were their own office. We were extremely pleased.

They put in good effort, but broke my bed and refrigerator. Lost parts to both. My ice maker still does not function on door. Was able to repair bed, screw was broke and legs not adjusted. It was like they did it without much care of it was done right. Just wanted to get it in place. Hopefully I won't have to move again, but will not use Two Men and a Truck.

fridge handles were put on backwards and lost a screw....my desk's feet were broke off, so now a new desk I have to buy..selling my house where they moved us from and went back to old house and noticed a 12 inch scratch on the master bedroom floor. Hoping the buyers won't complain.

The entire experience was excellent. Brent came in to give a quote - he was very professional and explained the process. Jones and his crew came one day to pack everything up - they were VERY careful. The next day Jones and Jordan came with a crew to move - they did a great job. Only one thing was a little damaged but it's made of pressboard so that was not surprising. It took 12 hours to get everything out of the old house and into the new house. The crew was careful from beginning to end. A small number of items were left at the old house - did not make it on the truck. With so much to move I was MOST pleased about the experience. Two Men and A Truck Lafayette is outstanding! Thank you for making such a difficult process much easier to handle.
