I had used Two Men and A Truck for our last move three years ago-they were very professional, numbered boxes and we had NO issues.
However, this time, we had three "kids" moving and they damaged a door on one of our cabinets which is currently being repaired by Denicola's in Baton Rouge. They also damaged our expensive wine cabinets to the point we could not open the doors (we took care of the repair). They also left four items at the old apartment which we are having to move ourselves. The movers took their time and I complained that it took to long to get out of our 1300 square foot apartment with no appliances. They quickly added more men and only charged me for 7 hours-$1120 which I paid in cash with a tip totaling $1600. I've requested my tip of 480$ back.

This was my second time using TM&T and both times were great experiences. Very friendly, hard working, and efficient movers, office staff very helpful and easy to work with.

First move from home to storage was not good 4 pieces damaged and an antique bed destroyed. Second move from storage to new home
was much more professional.

Everyone was very courteous and hard working, but most pieces of
furniture and other items had some damage. Parts were lost and
a large finial to a curtain rod, missing.

The guys showed up on time, made a quick walkthrough, and got to work. They were friendly, and took special care with our furniture. We talked with them while they worked and they helped us finish up a long, stressful move. They carefully moved our stuff into storage and worked with us to get it all in. I’d recommend them to anyone moving across town or home to storage!

I can not remember the two guys names that helped us move but they were excellent. The mover that seemed to be the leader of the group was so attentive to our needs. We are a construction company and had piles of very large tiles to move, definitely not an easy or fun job. He jumped in and did it with a smile on his face. He was a pleasure to work with.

Our movers were professional and extremely hardworking. Two of the nicest young men who took great care of the furniture. I would definitely use Two Men and A Truck again!

All the people associated with the move were friendly, honest, helpful, timely and professional. Mike and Hayes were exceptional in the way they handled our furnishings and worked with us to make this move go smoothly. They maintained "can do" attitudes and were reassuring that this move would be issue free. We felt comfortable with them at all times.

I couldn’t find my mother’s family jewelry, which I had hidden in our attic, considering so many people were looking at our house. I waited a week or more going through boxes until I got scared.

Admin sent over Ricky (I think that was his name) and went through every single unopened box. As I was about to give up, and was becoming sort of frantic, he asked about the attic in this new house. I thought only suitcases were up There). He found the jewelry in a case in a suitcase! It revived my faith in humankind and in your business.

My only complaint is the cost of the packing materials. Way too expensive.

The two men were very pleasant and easy to work with. Had a great attitude making the move easier.
