Your office staff and moving teams were wonderful!!
Great Customer Service.

The young men were very nice. However, they were not good for the move. They didn't know how to pack the truck to avoid making 2 trips. There was space left on the truck and the storage unit had lots of space unused.I had to get a 2nd storage. It took them 11 hours and I still had to get another mover to finish once they stopped. It was majority boxes and light furniture.

So grateful for the professionalism of your crew - they were the best and very accommodating being I am elderly and handicapped. Great crew...

Josiah, Jason and Ray were a fantastic moving team! I’ve moved many times and I’d say they were the very best yet! Their team was very professional, efficient and so personable to deal with. Moving is so tough for anyone but they made it so much easier and less stressful. I hope they know they are appreciated!

I already left a message online. The office team and the moving team were both delightful and efficient and thoughtful! Jalen was just wonderful to work with and we enjoyed our time having some fun and laughing. Denise was delightful and Bridget fantastic! I told the people that bought our house that a single Mom started the business. If they had known that they would have called you.

The movers were friendly and professional. I was surprised at how quickly they worked. I highly recommend this service.

The move took longer than it should have. We already moved several boxes and totes. We also decided not to move our bedroom set. Our bar was dropped and broken. There was also a 45 minute gap where we were at the new place and the movers did not come up at all. This was after they brought in a few pieces. There was an accident report filled out about the bar. No one had called about it as promised

We liked Henry and his partner. They worked hard and were friendly and cheerful. But there was so much “stuff” left behind. Drawers half empty, things on counter tops, several cupboards and drawers that were completely full. We were all exhausted by the time they left and I’m sure that was part of the issue, but you need to train your guys to check everything before they leave a house.

From Bridget who was my estimator to my moving crew Henry, Ray and David my move went wonderful.. Very efficient and professional. I have already recommended your company to others.
