I hate being the person to leave negative feedback but we had a terrible experience.
My husband worked all day moving boxes while the team that was sent to help stood around on their phones talking about how much they want to quit their job. The driver was the most helpful but the other two helpers were not at all. We had multiple boxes broken, a wheel on our ottoman broken, the dolly fell off

We had a wonderful experience with Two Men and a Truck! The front office was very professional and explained thoroughly how the process would work. The movers showed up on time and were very polite. You could definitely tell they cared about moving out items gently and there was no damage to anything. We will never move anywhere without Two Men and a Truck!

Our only issue was not knowing certain rules and regulations beforehand. We did not know that they did not move chest freezers or baby beds.
Otherwise, everything was great. The guys were kind, thoughtful, lighthearted, and very efficient.
