They did a great job with move but they left screws at old house screws are to attach my mirror to my dresser they said they were going to get screws for me but they never came back

Our movers, Nate and CJ, were awesome. Very professional and courteous young men. Always had a smile even though it was hot and the work wasn’t easy.

The movers exceeded my expectations, especially in regards to time. I was on the third floor of an apartment complex, with a few heavy pieces, & they had the truck loaded/unloaded in less than the estimated time. The movers were pleasant and didn’t complain about the heat or stairs, though they were drenched in sweat. Overall great experience.

The guys who helped us move were great. Totally friendly, helpful and curteous they got our belongings to where we needed them to be with smiling faces and great attitudes. They were so efficient that they finished earlier than expected which was a great help to us and save us money. Nothing was damaged and everything was cared for. I’d hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

I moved the exact same amount of stuff that I moved the last time I used y'all. The 1st time, the movers had the added responsibility of shrink-wrapping all items and it took 6 hours to move me. This time, it took 8 hours for the exact same amount of items. The heat index was over 100' so that had something to do with it. Bottom line, it was too big of a job for just 2 guys. They were tired and exhausted by the end of the 4th hour in this heat. I suggest the move should have been broken up into 2 days or y'all should have quoted me for extra men. They just didn't have the muscle needed to get the job done and by the end of the day they were worn out and dropped items and started hitting walls and broke a large piece of furniture. The guys were great and kept an upbeat attitude though.

The crew that moved us was incredible! They were extremely professional and courteous and took great care of our property. They are an asset to your company.

Did not have proper equipment (one ramp broken) or manpower to move piano. Required assistance from homeowners which resulted in a significant injury while unloading the piano. Not schooled in efficient packing of a truck so that no boxes were taken. The piano had 2 scratch marks and one Lazy Boy had a small tear. Movers had good attitude but not very well trained in moving and packing a truck.

Lack of communication between client and office personnel needs to be worked on. The person giving quotes needs to call the client upon arrival. I was kept waiting for 1 1/2 hours before I was told he was not going to be able to meet me. Very disappointed. The movers were excellent.

The two man crew were punctual, courteous and a delight to work with in my home. They graciously moved furniture around my house and then moved excess furniture to a storage unit. They took great care of all furniture and the house itself. I will definitely use them. This was a smooth and wonderful experience.

If you would have asked me to fill out this survey immediately after the move, I would have rated it higher. Since the move, just one week ago, I have found several pieces of furniture with broken or missing parts. The fact that they didn't tell me and tried to hide it makes it much worse! The movers were hard workers, but not the most careful.
