During move, they managed to break a cast iron lamp.. rip the screen on front door not once but in several places... very disappointed.. scratched wood floors at new house.

The movers were very friendly and the experience was mostly enjoyable. One of the movers seemed to be relatively new to the company and didn't quite understand how to use the dolly and how to move large pieces of furniture. One of my pieces was actually broken in the process. When the men who came to pick up the broken piece, they were very friendly and helpful. They were very apologetic about the breaking of the furniture. I will use the company again, despite the troubles that I had with this move. The business office was AMAZING.

My property was literally thrown in the truck. I was told all items would be packed neatly and wrapped. That did not happen.(I have plenty of pictures to prove that). MANY items were damaged, scratched, torn, and dented. I can’t even imagine what all is broken inside my containers! My experience was simply awful. Office staff and sales were great. The two guys moving me did not listen to my instructions, even deciding for themselves to change the order in which the two planned stops were to be.(I had a storage drop and then the house). By the end of the move I literally asked them to just drop my items outside and leave. The experience was completely overwhelming. We are meeting with a manager this week so hopefully we can come to a satisfactory agreement. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend.

Akeefa and Blake did not seem like they had packed a truck before. My move took 2 truck-loads. The first truck was packed incorrectly with boxes, as they mentioned to me that we could have fit more if we had remembered to move the boxes in the truck attic. The second truck-load was complete chaos. I eventually took pictures of the packing job because it was so inefficient. The guys completely gave up on the move after they tried to re-organize the truck and I started carrying furniture out to them while they put it in the truck. later that evening two more guys were sent to help because it was taking so long-mack and the other guy sent were great. fridge damaged beyond repair and wall/frames chipped. I have used 3 time previously-this time was awful

Cannot find our large TV control. Should have been taped to the TV.
Some scratches on furniture. Some broken vintage Christmas ornaments. Otherwise it was a smooth operation and move.

Excellent attitude..great workers..did break one small granite slab,but it was already cracked. Overall excellent service

The gentlemen were very professional and efficient.

Missing screws, parts not out together and unload was very sloppy. Things everywhere except for furniature.

Our moving team with Two Men and a Truck was wonderful! They moved our furniture quickly, but took great care with our items. They accommodated all of our requests and had positive attitudes. Truly a pleasure to work with!

The crew worked steady from the time they arrived on site until the move was 100% complete. The ability of the crew totally exceeded my expectations and there was no loss time.
