They were very slow and didn’t seem to be trained to move heavy pieces of furniture. Then they move things into my house with my beautiful wood floors and scratch them all up. I told them they need to use four ways to move this furniture. Instead they used the tiny wheels that were on bar. Then they slide my couch and buffet on hardwood floors after I told them I had never even let someone walk on my floor with shoes. You have to lift furniture not slide it. There was nothing protecting wood and they slide furniture across room.

I have used Two Men and a Truck before and they were beyond amazing! The best moving company ever. I decided to use them again for my recent move and the team was not motivated. They had no drive, and I often found them just standing and looking at the truck, even on their phone. My parents, sister, and myself had to end up helping because they were moving so slow (this is an hourly service). Then they were unable to move a piece of furniture upstairs for me and just said “there’s nothing we can do”. I also noticed (and made the crew aware) that during the move, they ripped my king mattress. Still waiting for the office staff to get back with me concerning that issue. The office staff is organized & very professional! My prev experience was amazing, sad I didn’t have a good one this time.

Even though several of my ratings were "Good," overall my experience was excellent. The three men were excellent: courteous, professional, efficient. They wasted no time, which I appreciated because cost was a factor. One small item: the door frame in the new rental house was slightly (but noticeably) damaged. No one reported this to me; I noticed it after the three had left. Otherwise, they were excellent; and I am pleased with what they did.

Absolutely awful experience I will never use Two Men and a Truck again. They didn’t offer us any discount even though we paid them twice because the first crew just left before the move was even done. We are also missing 3 boxes they threw all our stuff in our garage they wouldn’t even bring the boxes to the rooms they went into also they never finished putting together the beds or other furniture. I’ve used them 3 times in the past but it will never happen again. After our move we were harassed by the movers because we complained and someone told them what we said. Most awful experience ever. I’ve contacted an attorney to get our money back since we weren’t even offered a discount or anything.

the movers arrived approx 3 hrs late. we had already moved all of the small stuff, just large furniture & appliances left to move. they scratched or dented every piece that they moved. then charged me $550 for 2 hrs of work.

I am terribly disappointed. I was called to ask how my move went last Saturday. My single complaint was scratches on my dining table . Someone came out Monday and looked at it and told me that they could probably be hidden with a marker and someone would call me soon to make an an appt to do so. It’s Friday, I’m leaving town Monday, and I’ve heard nothing about taking care of this.

From the very beginning, Denise worked with me to figure out exactly what I would need on moving day, including the exact size of the storage unit we would need! Our move was somewhat complicated: half going to a storage unit, half going to an apartment... and then in a few months, all of it going to our new house. The moving team showed up on time and were very personable and friendly. They moved quickly and efficiently. Everything finished on time, exactly what Denise had estimated. We only had one real issue and that was with a couple of boxes, containing breakable items, that had gotten crushed, and the contents broken. Besides that, we are very happy with our experience.

We can't say enough good things about Two Men and a Truck. Kendarius, Terrance & Ronnie were very professional yet so congenial. They made the move so much easier than it could have been. All of our things, with the exception of one mirror in our headboard, came through in top shape. Thank you so much!

I have used two men and a truck three times. The first 2 times I had very good experiences. This last time I was not pleased at all. There was one experienced mover. The other 2 were young and did not know what they were doing. One of the young men seemed aggravated and wanted to get done in a hurry. They disassembked my furniture but they did not assemble it correctly. My master bed was not connected properly and my headboard is damaged as a result and must be replaced. They were ready to go and impatient from the start. Also, I called and left a message that my exercise equipment was damaged during the move. No one from two men and a truck contacted me. I will move again as my job relocates me every so often but I can assure you that I will not use you again or refer you to anyone.

Multiple pieces of my furniture were damaged. The movers appeared to not know how to move furniture and struggled with lifting and moving furniture. Several wooden pieces of furniture were stood on end and dragged across concrete causing deep gouges in the furniture. The movers did not work as a team and several times I had to step in to help lift and carry many pieces. A complaint was filed with the management and a representative came out to document the damage. A week after the report was filed and I still have not heard back from anyone. I am very dissatisfied with this company and cannot recommend them. If you value your furniture do not use them. Find somebody else.
