The move took longer than it should have. We already moved several boxes and totes. We also decided not to move our bedroom set. Our bar was dropped and broken. There was also a 45 minute gap where we were at the new place and the movers did not come up at all. This was after they brought in a few pieces. There was an accident report filled out about the bar. No one had called about it as promised

We liked Henry and his partner. They worked hard and were friendly and cheerful. But there was so much “stuff” left behind. Drawers half empty, things on counter tops, several cupboards and drawers that were completely full. We were all exhausted by the time they left and I’m sure that was part of the issue, but you need to train your guys to check everything before they leave a house.

The office team was fabulous in explaining everything. Our moving time was scheduled during the timeframe of 12 noon to 2 pm. Late morning I received a call letting me know that the approximate arrival time would be 1:45 pm. Perfect for me. When the movers were on the way, I received a call letting me know. The movers were very nice and did a great job. We have previously used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and will use them again.

On Time..... Very careful with my furniture and completed the move earlier than estimated.
