It was wonderful; the 2 men were very polite. They take pride In what they do. The furniture was handled gently and without risk of damage. They drove in a manner that insured the furniture pieces would be well taken care of. I had used this company before; these items were left to be moved by your company. I wouldn't risk any buddy with a truck. Thanks

The first time we moved the company that moved us was completely horrible and broke alot of stuff. We decided to give two men and a truck a try on this move and I am extremely impressed with the entire service and would recommend them to anyone I know moving. Also if we need to move again this will be the only company we call!!

Our movers were extremely professional and hard-working from the start to the end of the move. I highly recommend them!

One of the men made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Told me if I wrote down my number he would ask me out on a date. He started rushing at the end, dropped 2 boxes (that I saw). One was the top box on the dolly, it flipped upside down and hit the floor - a bowl was broken, he said that bowl was broken to begin with. He tried to offer me cash, I refused.

The second box he dropped was a box of ornaments. He was carrying a chair with a cushion with boxes stacked on top down the truck, a cushion is not steady support and the box fell over as he was walked the the incline. No ornaments were broken, but the box was a plastic ornament with section was completely broken. He was very pushy to give me cash so I wouldn't file a report.

Please don't file anything, he knows where I live.

Kendrick and Telvin were absolutely wonderful. Very prompt, helped make suggestions, and were very careful with our belongings. They even moved several items twice within our new home to help my wife. They were great and finished before the estimated time.

A number of items were left behind during the move and needed to be retrieved the next day. The movers did not have the proper equipment on their truck to move a large desk. They had to get the necessary equipment delivered to them and therefore took considerably longer to complete the move than would otherwise be necessary. I was charged for this wasted time.

I had to get a neighbor to assist with move leather couch covered with shrink wrap could not get it thru door removed shrink wrap with help of neighbor got it three no harm done

The whole team were over the top- awesome! The customer service rep I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get organized with my move by making a plan and executing It. The three men that helped us move were phenomenal in every way. I canandacirc;??t say enough nice things about them. They never complained and moved all day with a smile on their faces and were extremely hard workers. Their manners were superb and they treated my things with the same respect they treated me. I will without a doubt use this company again!! Thank you for everything!!!!

My boyfriend was incredibly skeptical about hiring movers. He figured with everything being an hourly rate that itandamp;acirc;€™s employees would take their time and take lots of breaks. This was anything but the case. The two guys were so quick all while being very careful with our stuff. Shadrack especially was incredibly outgoing, friendly, attentive, and enjoyable to be around. Even my mother said before he left andamp;acirc;€œhe lights up a room with how happy he isandamp;acirc;€ heandamp;acirc;€™s fantastic with customer and definitely a people person. I worked in service industry management for 11 years and I can tell you now a personality like his cannot be trained or taught. We will definitely be using yandamp;acirc;€™all for the next move!
