Well, while backing in off of the highway, and with the helper "watching" , the driver pulled down my cable feed and pulled 12 feet of the fascia trim and fascia board off of the house along with the wire. That caused an hour delay. The workers failed to check for glass shelves in a corner china hutch and had to unwrap and check when they heard a load noise as they leaned the piece back. No damage, thankfully. They managed to ding up freshly painted walls in the destination house and knock a chip off of a folding day bed when it sprung open on the driveway. The doorway trim was hit several times in the destination house. Thankfully, we had them scheduled for changing out.

I do appreciate how the owner and his field manager came and fixed the damaged fascia .

Our moving crew was very friendly, professional and courteous. However, it seemed as though the two movers who worked with the foreman were new on the job and it showed in their overall performance. The moving crew drove in some of my newly planted sod when they first arrived. The sod will have to be replaced and I expect that Two Men and a Truck will reimburse me for the expense of replacing the sod and dirt. The moving crew also placed several boxes of clothing in our attic and I was forced to go in a hot attic to retrieve the clothing. Simply asking questions would have removed any misundersranding.

Rodney & Deondre' did helluva great job! Very personable, polite and yes...........NOTHING was damaged, broken nor scratched. Very respectable young men. Shaddrick with the office was also very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend!

There was a mix up in pick up delivery times. I waited over 2 hours for pickup

Called the office once and no one called me back. Second time got a different person and they called me back. I understand things happening but need to let customer know about change. When I’m not working I don’t get paid so lost several hours of pay to just sit and wait

After looking online for moving companies and asking others who they used for their move, we decided to use Two Men and a Truck because the price was the best and they were able to meet out schedule. Our experience went very well and we are pleased with the care and efficiency of the movers. We would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

The two movers arrived close to the scheduled time on packing day with good attitudes. They were polite and I made sure to provide them with water and snacks if they wanted them. The packing services took less time than estimated, which I appreciated. However, somehow the loading of the truck seemed to take longer and we did not get on the road until after 5pm (they arrived at my house at 10am). The next day they arrived on schedule and had everything set up (no unpacking services) by 1pm. My only concern at this time is that they did not do a walk through with me even though I had noticed and pointed out some damage to my night stand, which apparently they fixed unbeknownst to me at the time. Overall my service was satisfactory.

My moving crew was awesome. I couldn't have asked for more efficient and effective movers. They were truly professional and prompt. I think their names were Dominick, Bryan, and Albert. Great guys and a great company! I'll definitely be using Two Men and a Truck from this point forward!

The men were courteous, good attitude, was interested in their work, interested in my needs and what needed to be done and accomplished. Very good customer service. They represented your company EXCELLENT. They were interested in getting work done and not losing time. I would hire them again and refer your company. Everything was done with care.
