I throughly enjoyed the day with the 3 young men that did my move. It is a pleasure knowing there is still polite and customer service oriented employees that work hard and finish the job ! Good work!!

The guys that came help us move were so pleasant. They knew exactly what to do. We had a light rain during the move and that didn’t stop them. The boys were polite and courteous hard workers. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone needing moving services.

Responsiveness was outstanding! All my questions were answered and each person I interacted with was warm, friendly and professional. The movers were fast and efficient while handling my items with care. I loved having my items arrive in my new location the same day I did! I have already recommended to others and have given positive feedback to my company's relocation team.

Office told me they were sending 3 men. Only 2 showed up. We were initially billed for 3 men. One guy took a 30 minute break in the truck (he said he didn't feel well) when he was supposed to be working. My son and I had to start hauling furniture to the truck because I knew we were being charged by the hour. When I called the office to express my concerns no one answered the phones during business hours. The office was aware their guy wasn't working and did not offer to send another worker to replace him. They also scratched my new wood floor. The manager said he would send me his email address so I could forward pictures to him. I have yet to receive an email and it's been 5 days. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with this company. One guy worked his butt off. The other one was lazy.

We hired you to handle two moves for us. The one for transport to MS went very smoothly. The local delivery was horrible. Your team did not come prepared for the move, even though someone from your office came out to evaluate.

From my initial conversation with Shantel, to the moving day with Everett and Bradley, the experience was excellent.
Shantel understood my concerns and time frame. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me, a 70 year old single woman. Everett and Bradley called when they were 15 minutes away and arrived on time. They smiled, shook my hand, introduced themselves, and went to work. These young men are phenomenal workers. They walked through the apartment and strategically decided which pieces to load first. They moved my furniture with care in the allotted time.
They represented your company well. What they do is extremely hard work! They DESERVE recognition and a raise.

The moving team came unprepared. We requested extra boxes as well as garment boxes and they did not have either. They left the house with at least another load left to be loaded. We are now having to go back and make another load ourselves. We paid for a moving van to move my moms items only once so this is very disappointing. They also placed the storage unit very unorganized. We asked them to make an Isle through the center so we can pick things out as we need them and they did not do that. It’s a wreck! I even stopped and bought the movers lunch from McDonalds and Gabe them furniture. Seems like they would have been more accomidating.
