Lou went the extra mile while maintaining efficiency in time. He is a very effective leader.

All of my wood furniture is damaged. I provided packing supplies and told them they could charge me whatever for any extra packing supplies that they needed to use from their truck. Even still, they did not wrap and protect my wood furniture. A different Two Men & Truck franchise unloaded the UHaul, and could not believe the NKY franchise failed to wrap the furniture the correct way.

Our movers were on time, courteous, and took care of all of our stuff as they handled it. Several items were brand new so I was scared to hire someone to move it but our two guys really took care of everything and not a scratch. They even moved a few extra boxes for me right before we closed out the visit which I really appreciated. We have an upcoming house move and I’m hoping we have them.

The three men that came to move my apartment furniture were amazing, I (a single female alone) never once felt uncomfortable. They were quick, friendly, professional, and careful (with walls & furniture), I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

Pierre and Dalton were absolutely superior! The day started in the rain with no complaints. The duo never stopped working and carefully wrapped each of our best pieces. My expectations were exceeded!
