Jakoby and his moving partner delivered excellent service!!! First time using 2 men and a truck. None of my stuff was damaged. They were very respectable and very fast and efficient. They both deserve raises. You better not lose these 2 employees!!! Excellent workers and great customer service!

One of our movers (Jefferson) was fantastic. He was extremely personable, communicative, transparent, and respectful, even going so far as to ask us our pronouns which was very much appreciated. One of the other movers (Mark I think) was less great, and he seemed uncomfortable around my partner and wouldn't talk to him when he answered the door, which made my partner feel very disrespected.

The moving team was excellent! They were highly motivated and got the move done in a timely fashion. My wife and I were well-pleased with the moving team's courtesy, professionalism, efficiency and handling of our furniture! The office folks were also friendly and courteous, and they made the booking and follow-up an easy and pleasant experience.
