All of my wood furniture is damaged. I provided packing supplies and told them they could charge me whatever for any extra packing supplies that they needed to use from their truck. Even still, they did not wrap and protect my wood furniture. A different Two Men & Truck franchise unloaded the UHaul, and could not believe the NKY franchise failed to wrap the furniture the correct way.
