It was a nightmare from the start. Movers could not find my apartment which is in a very small development; three building complex....really not hard to figure out! It just continued to go downhill from there. I have damaged furniture and the walls are damaged. I have not heard back from the “manager” that is supposed to call me after several attempts to contact him. I’ve been told several times that he will call me... NO CALLBACK. After my experience with your company, I’m sure he is a busy guy!!! I will be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to file my complaint.

The movers were excellent, they had a great attitude and were super friendly. The only real issue I had was that they arrived over an hour after the time frame I was given.

We are very satisfied with the service from beginning to end. Cherry in the main office was great with follow up and explaining services. Chris and Nathan (our movers) were wonderful. Showed up exactly on time, explained everything well, were diligent in the job. They were very friendly and worked hard the entire time. I would definitely recommend this company for your move.

Scheduling my move was easy, the Lady I spoke with was very thorough and specific. The three men whom moved my family were upbeat, respectful, informative and careful. They had very "can do" attitudes and great customer service skills. You have great guys in these young people. They were very thoughtful as well. Thank you for another great move experience.

moving day Eric and Marquonn made a brief walk thru. they asked about a few of the items then went straight to work. I have to say they were careful and efficient as they wrapped and carried item to their truck. upon arrival at our new house they went straight to work moving everything into the proper place and taking care that nothing was dammaged. I will truthfully say these 2 are a great team and an asset to your company. Thank you for sending them to move my wife and I.

It was a great experience! I really want to compliment Chris and Nathan for their helpful and professional attitude. It is very hard to find good workers almost in any field these days. They were really courteous as well. I will recommend your company, and would ask for Chris and Nathan again for our moving needs.
