The entire experience was easy and went off perfectly. The crew was on time the day of the move and had called ahead!
All three of the men were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable . The 4 stops went quickly and efficiently.

Excellent!!! On VERY short notice I was scheduled, the men showed up and very efficiently and carefully packed my items. One went over in detail exactly what I had contracted them to do, the inventory that they would detail, and the charges and liabilities. The delivery was handled just as efficiently with them even offering to carry boxes that we already had brought ourselves upstairs or to the basement! Gentlemen of intelligence, kindness with the ability to easily communicate with authority. I was very impressed and would definitely use your service again especially if I knew I could have the same two movers (but by then - they will be in management)!

All 3 guys were extremely helpful! I couldn't get my bed frame apart and the guys took care of it. They also put it back together when we got to the new apartment. They asked where I wanted everything to go and was willing to move furniture if it wasn't where I wanted. I was extremely happy with the service and will definitely recommend!!

I am disappointed that electronic payment option was not available for payment as it was promised. It is frustrating that company does not take customers SECURITY seriously. I had to give my personal and financial information over the phone and I don't know how it will be stored. I am very displeased with this process.

The movers left 1/3 of our apartment in boxes & we had to move it ourselves. After all the money we paid, I was highly disappointed in the service & all we had to do ourselves.
