Everyone I dealt with at 2 Men and a Truck have been very professional, friendly and helpful. Office staff clearly explained costs and what to expect when the truck arrived. The Driver called the morning of the move with an ETA & address verification. The guys were great to work with, handled my furniture with care and really didn'tstart to finish. Hard workers for sure. Very happy with all 3 guys. Shout out to Brayden- he brought some broken glass to my attention, had he not done that I may have thought that they were responsible for breaking the glass and left without saying anything. I appreciate his honesty so much!

I did a lot of pre packing to keep my costs low. I'm dissatisfied with mi time starting from the time the men left their office to head to me as well as the two hour minimum. The men were only with me from the time they left their office until finished packing for one hour and twenty minutes, yet I still had to pay for two hours. Overall, the staff was nice, friendly, and professional.

The reason for the two hour charge is that we have a two hour minimum all jobs for our trucks and crews to leave our lot which was stated when you originally booked your move.
