So we were quoted a price for 3 people. Half way through the day one guy said he was sick. Then left. My rate dropped but the difference in 3 movers compared to 2 from a timeframe is significantly longer. So I called the office and they said it would be 30 min longer. 2 and 1/2 hours later they got done. They also took lunches and breaks all on my dime. Still had to pay more than the quoted amount

We can not say enough about our moving team! Daryl, Lee and Josh were absolutely wonderful. They were very efficient, extremely helpful and polite. It was such a joy to work with them. You should be very proud of the customer service they provide. In a time when people don't want to work and are sometimes difficult to work with, these 3 young men went above and beyond! Thank you so much guys!!!

Office team was very courteous and professional. The only area for improvement is communicating that times are based on the truck leaving and returning to the office, not the location of the move. So an hour is automatically baked into the cost just for driving to/from.

The guys that did my move were great. They were able to explain anything we inquired about and made sure that our furniture was well protected. Everything went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to call if I have to move again.
