My complaint is that when I called the two men and a truck office the lady did not mention that I would be paying for them to drive to my location and also I would be paying them to drive back to the warehouse after the job was completed.

My second complaint is that they had scratched our white bedroom stand by not putting moving covers around it before they moved it. Just as soon a it happened the moving employee called his boss at the Bardstown Rd. location in Louisville, KY office and told his boss what did happen. His boss told him to bring the white nightstand back to the warehouse and that I the customer will have it back by the next day. that did not happen. I called the office at least two times and talk to the boss. It took four days for us to get the nightstand back.

Everything was great. The two guys were great and we would definitely ask for them again. Professional and yet still with a personality is a plus. They used the time wisely and nothing was damaged. Mahalo Nui

I am a Real Estate Broker and have used your company for small jobs and recommended for clients. I had a 7200 sq ft house and lots of heavy furniture. These men were awesome. They were extremely courteous, worked their butts off tirelessly, and were as nice as they could be. They worked from 8:45 am-and pulled out at 11:30 pm. They were exhausted but continued to move and finish enthusiastically. I own several businesses and would hire any one of them to work for me. They referred to me as andquot;Miss Pamandquot; and were very appreciative for the lunch and dinner I furnished for them. They were awesome!!!!! I wish I knew their names individually and I would write each of them a note. If there is a bonus or raise in place...they should receive it! I wish I had gotten more cash for their tips!!

This is my 5rd time to use your services in 5 years. I'm amazed at hoe professional andamp; courteous everyone is and that's even with a big job.
I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

The team of Ray and Andrew simply performed above my expectation. In addition, they truly cared about my belongings and were very careful and kept me informed about what they were doing, why they were doing it, thereby keeping me comfortable in the moving process. The movers, Austin and Kent, were very nice! They salted my walkways at both homes due to the snow a couple of days before. We were all joking around and stuff and it made the move a lot more enjoyable and less stressful. I really did appreciate their help and time!

We really appreciates the efforts of Ray, Gary, Kent and Austin. They were never irritable and ready help with all parts of the move.

Austin, Kent and Troy were awesome to have as movers. Very efficient, careful and quick. They wasted no time and helped ease my mind by handling the moving process for me.

The gentlemen that came were extremely courteous, helpful, and showed great care for my equipment. I was so concerned about a very expensive massage bed it arrived in mint condition. I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck. I greatly appreciate the the time the took to answer all of my questions and the time they spent meticulously wrapping and padding all my items. Thanks for your hard work guys
