When we spoke, we explained that we may run into some regulatory issues due to the late start of the move, but we would do our best to help and if we couldn’t get it all done, we would make sure to get it done on the Monday when you had to be moved out. It was our understanding that this plan was acceptable to you when it was discussed. We apologize if we did not communicate clearly enough. We must be careful about federal requirements regarding hours of service for our employees and we apologize that those restrictions impacted the timing of your move.
