Over all the experience was great. The only thing that I might comment on was after the two movers had already been working since 7:00am and was suppose to be at my house between 3 and 5, they arrive at my house at 6:00pm and of course were already exhausted and worked until after 9. Needless to say understandably they were moving rather slow and were probably not as productive and efficient as could have been. Otherwise everything went smoothly. Thanks

Great experience with Two Men and a Truck, from initial follow up conversation with office staff (after I completed the online estimate survey) to the movers coming to load up my items. They were professional, courteous, worked efficiently, and were careful with my items. Also arrived in the time frame that had been arranged. I would definitely use again.

From the booking to ever procedure after all was excellent. Truck on time and made the pick up and delivery with ease.

My moving team, Gary and Nathan, were absolutely champions! They had the most positive attitudes for what turned out to be a very arduous move. And they took very good care of my possessions. For the day they were simply part of my family. I couldn't have asked for more!

The driver, Ronnie, was absolutely amazing! He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and was very detailed in the walkthroughs. His counterpart, Courtney was extremely subpar. Courtney was literally working turtle speed and every time I turned around he was on his phone—I don’t get to play on my phone at work. Thankfully I reported to management about the subpar ethic of the co-mover. Satisfaction was reached. Hopefully, the negative experience will not reflect on the outstanding driver.

Kevin was in charge of the two man team. He and his helper were very careful of our furniture especially the glass table top. They wrapped the items that we were wanting to protect and made the move easier. They even helped suggest a way to store the glass top in the garage without damage. I would recommend their team and we will request them for our move in the fall when our house is built.

They did a Great job removing items from one location and bringing them back in at another location. They didn't damage any walls in the moving process and was very satisfied. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was they had to make 2 trips because they didn't pack the truck well enough to get all of my items in there like the first movers did when I moved from out of state. That cost me more money since it was an hourly rate I was paying. I also was not not happy when I found out from the mover the hourly rate for Friday and Saturday was higher than any other day through the week. The office person never told me that information.

The price was not clearly explained. I was quoted a price of $125 an hour. On the day of the move, the moving team told me that the packing price was $195 an hour, and only the moving price was $125. I was never informed of the $195 price until the day of the move when I had no choice but to stay with this company. Aside from that, a music box leg was broken off and my elderly parents' bed was not assembled properly. You could shake the bed apart. We had to disassemble and reassemble the bed ourselves so that it would be safe for them to lie on. A bolt for the bed was also left at the previous house, not moved with the rest of the bed so was missing during assembly.

Team that arrived were courteous and professional. Fun to work with made the whole experience easier to handle. It was like having 4 more sons. Would recommend their services highly.
