This move went very well. My last engagement involved damaged furniture (cherrywood writing desk) and door casing which your company acknowledged but never took care of (I was working with “Clay”.) Last time I called I was told the company had been sold and I would not be compensated. I thought you should be aware since I have been a repeat customer for 10 years .

I am unhappy because they lost my lawn mower and they have not followed up on replacing it and it has been over 1 week

Movers were professional and treated furniture pieces with care, for the most part. There were some items, like wall hangings, that should have been wrapped in padding while being transported. One of those wall hangings arrived with scratches and color loss, which was was documented and submitted for a claim. Also, the loveseat arm rest was broken presumably due to the foot of the couch resting on the loveseat in the truck, per one of the movers. That may have been avoided if more measures were taken to protect the furniture. All boxed items arrived intact and there were no significant damages to the other pieces moved.
