I had a wonderful experience with the team. They were very professional. (Austin Bray, Hagihs and William O.) Austin was in charge of all the time coordinating and organizing his team. Accidentally, they scratched the basement floor. Austin took care of it immediately. Thank you!

1) Upon arrival, truck broke down causing about a 1 to 2 hr. delay.
2) We paid $100 extra for gun safe to be moved. Movers dropped it down a flight of stairs, damaging several steps, walls, banister, hard wood
floor.
3) We paid $100 extra for piano to be moved. Piano was not moved. We had to have piano moved ourselves. We did NOT get reimbursed the $100!
4) Damage to top of kitchen table. Most-likely caused by the plastic wrappping on it, and set in hot sun before putting into the truck.
5) Dining table leaf scratched.
6) Manager did not answer or return calls.
7) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Moving experience was horrible! They busted up the door-facings in the house we had sold, one of the movers was completely inexperienced, and as they were leaving our new house, they hit the brick retaining wall in our driveway and broke several brick without a doubt causing damage to their truck. We only used this group due to availability. We would not recommend or use this moving company to anyone or ever again!!

Overall my experience was fine. The office staff was great, the movers were very friendly & professional. I have however, found a few things that were broken.

I used the company to move furniture to the garage and back home after a couple of weeks. The second team discovered that the first one did not store the furniture with proper care and damaged the leader couch. I paid for the professional service, but it looks like neighborhood teenagers could do better job with proper supervision.
The second team was excellent, and I’m grateful that they found the damage.

My movers were very friendly, maybe a little too friendly as the talking made my move longer than expected which increased my overall charge. In addition, they caused some moving damage to my new townhouse in which they failed to tell me before leaving my home. When the office team did my “after move-care call” (which I really appreciated) I let them know of the damage I had noticed. They immediately had me speak with the operations manager Trevor, and he came out when it was convenient for me to fix my wall! I was overly impressed with their speed and attention to detail to try to get my wall back to looking new again. The overall experience was pretty good as the mistakes had been addressed. Thank you!

My five were wonderful...they were very efficient and friendly. They never stopped moving until I bought them lunch. The men actually jogged and jumped to go faster. I’m very impressed with their manners, teamwork, strength. I also noticed how the veterans were patient and taught the newer ones how to handle things. They made my moving day so much easier.

I had used Two Men and A Truck In 2004 and had a great experience. My cousin used your services more recently and highly recommended you. Hunter and Tyler were the most professional movers I have ever used! They knew how important my grandfather clock was to me that my deceased Father gave to me and wrapped it up extremely well and handled it so carefully. I really appreciate them getting it to my new home safely.

Moving isn’t ever fun, but Two Men and a Truck made it easy! The move team was timely, professional, helpful, and very diligent. They were very careful with our belongings and our house. Thanks so much Adim and Bryan!

Our Team was great!!! Friendly and quick. They let us know right away when they thought they could not fit everything from both moving locations in the 1 truck and clearly explained the options. We ended up having them make two trips that day. No matter how tired they got they kept a fantastic attitude. Will defiantly suggest and use them again!
