Poor care of my furniture lost the bolts to my beds. Scraped the walls. Forgot pieces of furniture at old house and tried to make me pay for them to go back and get it. Overall very unhappy with service.

Steve and Sean were unbelievably courteous and professional. The experience was excellent.

The customer service was excellent. The day of the move, everything went smoothly. The movers were experienced and very respectful of both my items and my home. They wrapped all the furniture to keep it protected and they even put blankets down at my new home to help keep the mud off the floors. All of our belongings made it to our new home without damage. We have used Two Men and a Truck three times now, and we will continue to use them for future moves.

Quinton, Marcus and Micheal did a great job. There was a Fourth guy who cane later name unknown he was good too. The men worked hard and we truly appreciated their professionalism and hard work!

We had 2 trucks and 4 movers for our recent move; I could not believe how focused the team was throughout. Family members who have hired movers in the past said that those movers often stood around to "supervise" as family did much of the labor. This crew was organized and efficient, and they never stopped moving. They were polite and engaged throughout the move and had clear plans in mind for how to make the move go smoothly.

There were a few boxes marked "fragile" or "this side up" that didn't get handled as such, but those were a *tiny* fraction of the total move; our belongings arrived safely in our new home! We don't plan on moving again any time soon, but we will absolutely recommend 2 MEN AND A TRUCK-- and our particular crew of 4-- to friends and family. It was a great experience!

Even though the office person and supervisor I communicated with were friendly and both apologized for the outrageously bad moving experience, I still rate my move as poor. Movers damaged my home property (tore up the road and hit my fence), were delayed twice by broken down trucks, damaged my furniture (requiring a furniture repair man and reimbursement), and one member of the team repeatedly stated he could only work 14 hours, wouldn't get me moved in one day, talked bad about the office person and quote, sat in the truck for long periods of time, and displayed an unprofessional attitude. The other three members of the moving team were friendly and worked hard, but were overheard saying they didn't want to be on the job. Based on my experience, I would not be able to recommend company.

We had a move from a 3 BR condo to 2 BR apartment in Lexington, KY. The fellows were prompt, professional, and STRONG. We had a snow storm the night before, and this did not phase them the next day working around melting snow while loading. All of our belongings arrived safely. I was impressed with the wrapping of all furniture for protection, then the unwrapping at the new site and placement where we wanted. I want to suggest the wardrobe boxes for the closets. They were invaluable for packing the hanging clothes, and then stuffing other things in the spare room, such as pillows and blankets. I am very satisfied with the services and would highly recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

I had a very short window to get the move finished and they worked hard to get it done in time. Donald and Adam were courteous and very professional. Would definitely use again if the need arises. Thank you for everything!
