The guys really cared about getting my stuff moved safely. They carefully wrapped everything and took some things apart to make it easier to move and then put them back together at the new place.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. They mishandled my furniture from start to finish. They seemed to just throw my stuff into their truck, I never received a list of items put into storage, when they got to my location I was missing about 1/3 of my items. For example they sent my cushions for a love seat but no love seat, I got a dinning room table but only 2 of the four chairs. I had 3 sets of golf clubs sitting together but only got 2, I had 4 bowling balls and bags sitting together and only got 3 back, I didn't get 2 area rugs and a priceless antique rug that were together.
The worst problem of all is the lack of caring from the franchise itself, only once have I been able to speak to the manager the rest of the time he is ignores my calls!!!

I used this company to move from KY to NC, and from beginning to end, everything was excellent. All of my timeframe requests were accommodated. Corey and Joshua were hardworking and very friendly. My belongings were handled carefully and furniture set up exactly how I wanted. I would definite recommend this team in the future!

My move was supposed to part between 800 and 900 am. I called at 900 am and Sydney did not know where the movers were. There was no truck available but they were trying to find one. Long story short what I was told would be an 8-9 hour move turned into a 12 hour move due to communication breakdown between the office staff and the moving team. I ended up calling friends to move two large tvs, a kitchen table and chairs and I ended up packing all of the dishes. Zach and Jerry did their best to hustle and get the job done. However there were oil stains on my adjustable king size bed which has still not been reassembled properly, oil on carpet in both residences from the "Penske" truck and a reclining sofa and loveseat were not reconnected properly. Very disappointed in this company.

While both sets of moving crews were great, there were issues with the office. Requested several times to receive paperwork for transactions, via email, that has still not been received. Yes, I have checked my spam files. However, I have received 4 - 5 satisfaction surveys easily.

The manager (Adam) and assist manager (Scott) personally was on site and assisted at every step!!! Their attention to detail and personal involvement was impressive. The entire crew did a wonderful job.

The two men took too long 13 hours. They struggled with some of the furniture damaging a couple of walls. We had moved from TX to KY with a long distance carrier and it only took them 4 1/2 hours to package and load their semi. When they got to KY two other guys with the truck driver helping at times only took 4 1/2 hours to unload into the storage units. Other movers never took more than 8-9 hours to move us in the past and we had more furniture than we do now. These two men were pleasant but so slow to get our things moved. Of course since it took them hours longer than any other mover we have had it cost us several hundred dollars more. This is our first dissatisfaction with a move ever. Very disappointed that other movers can move the same furniture in far less time than your guys did.

I was repeatedly lied to by the office staff, and my move was cancelled and rescheduled no less than four times. Once the move finally happened, I received a bill for the price I had said I would not go above (50% of the extreme estimate I was given at the front end). In the end, this fee equaled double the cost in hours of what the movers took to actually complete the move. This was due to the fact that they assembled more movers to get it done as quickly as possible---some of whom admitted to me upon their arrival that this was their first ever move. While they did their best to be professional, it was clear the did not know what they were doing. The woman on the job, and her immediate superior, were good, but otherwise it seemed the team had been pulled off the street.

THIs is in reference to my move done on Thurs, June 28, 2018. Move took longer than it should. Movers left boxes in garage instead of taking then to the basement as instructed.
