Multiple pieces of furniture broken included my couch, buffet table, and my dryer. The Movers were deliberately moving at a slow pace to fill time. Movers tried to tell me the move started at 8:30 AM when he didn't arrive until 9 AM and called me at 8:22 telling me they were still at breakfast and would be there within the hour. One mover (Jones) seemed to be the only one doing any of the moving

The moving team was communicative, prompt, professional, friendly, efficient, capable, and courteous. They were so encouraging when they arrived; I felt overwhelmed, but they let me know they could handle it! This is not the least expensive option for moving, but they hire knowledgeable and experienced movers (or they train them very thoroughly). No damages to any of my items. THANK YOU! kat

They just helped move a heavy item from the garage into the basement. But they did a great job. Showed up on time, did a good job explaining the service and making sure nothing was damaged. Said he was new to his position but did a great job and they were all very professional young men.

i was happy that they had no issues with wearing a mask, since my wife and are older and we are trying to stay as well as possible. They were very nice when came to moving the items and putting them where we wanted them. It took them no time at all to get it done.
